The amenities where amazing. You have 2 pools, 2 kiddie pools, the lazy river , and hot tubs. The game room was fun and it includes a movie room.

I loved the facilities and all the amenities however every morning I was awakened by loud banging noises, and spraying of water around 7:30 or 8 am right by the bedroom window at one time I thought something was overflowing in the room, I did not appreciate that, my room was on the ground floor. This was my first time staying at this location, I did appreciate the friendliness of the staff, especially the concierge

We spent three days at this hotel.Check-in was fast and convenient. We booked a two-room suite for four people, two adults, two children. The extra bed in the living room turned out to be very comfortable, each family member got a personal place to rest. The room had everything you need, which made us very happy. Sufficient number of towels, convenient shelves in the shower. Variety of dishes. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The territory of the hotel also left a delight, there is where to walk, admire the thoughtful and beautiful landscape, the territory is very well-groomed and clean. The children were happy with the variety of pools and children's entertainment. It was the presence of children's entertainment that was the fundamental factor in choosing this hotel. The staff is friendly and always ready to answer your questions. I am sure that we will return to this wonderful hotel. We also really liked the check-out from the hotel, a day before we received a message on the phone with instructions for departure. On the day of departure, our check-out was very comfortable and fast. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

The facility was absolutely gorgeous and pristine, I Loved that each room overlooked the Lake, so we all had lake views. The rooms were very nice, clean and well laid out and I like that there was actually enough sleeping area (Murphy Bed) for additional persons. My kids Loved it and are looking forward to coming back!

It’s in a very nice secure area. Down the street there is a market, restaurant, fast food etc. It’s in a good spot. The pools are so nice especially the lazy river . The staff was very accommodating and friendly . The view from our room was beautiful. I love that it had a kitchen we were able to cook!

The customer service was excellent. all of our questions answered with a smile, which is very welcoming in today's world. We plan on returning this year before it gets cold. I'm looking forward to that Lazy River.

The property is spacious and beautiful inside and out. Love that there are 2 separate pool areas, Both with small pools for toddlers which is AWESOME! There is even a splash pad, arcade, tennis courts, basketball and even a small miniature golf area! The staff are all very friendly and helpful. This place really has it all!! Such a great place to enjoy with your family! Definitely recommend!

My family loved the large balcony and the spacious rooms. The grounds are beautiful and there is a lot to do onsite. There was covered parking available which would be really nice during the summer. The lazy river is a fun alternative to the pool.

The lazy river is a fun addition to swim time for the family, as well as the arcade and basketball and tennis courts to use. This is a great place to stay for families, because there are lots of options for choosing how you want to vacation.
